Reflective Questions
Honest self-reflection is not only part of owning and operating a business — it’s what helps us be the best humans we can be. Consider the following questions and really sit with them — consider where you’re at with your practice, where you want to be, and if Collective Good would be a supportive environment for you.
Are you currently managing yourself as an independent business or are you actively seeking to do so?
Are you able to hold yourself accountable for all aspects of managing and operating a business?
How familiar are you with the numbers of your business (i.e., how many clients do you need to pay rent, to make a profit, etc.)?
How would working in a shared workspace fit into your long-term goals?
Do you work better alone or in a community environment?
How do you handle when other people think or behave differently from yourself? How do you find value in differences between other professionals, clients, and yourself?
Are you comfortable with working in a furnished, shared workspace?
What does “professional” mean to you?
What habits do you prioritize in your work life?
How do you approach and overcome challenges or conflict?
Are you a community-oriented person whose actions and decisions are in the best interest for not only yourself but those around you?
Are you invested in continually developing professional and interpersonal strengths?
What motivates you to grow your business?
