Grow and Connect in Community

How We Work

Practitioners own their own business and operate out of one building. They are not employees or independent contractors of Collective Good. As business owners, they are responsible for building and managing their own clientele, create their own scheduling within their rented time, and handle all payments/finances related to their business. 100% of the earnings from their services remain with the practitioner.

Each practitioner rents furnished space by time: We have rooms available for renting days and half days by the month. Flat rate leases may be available on a case-by-case basis.

Included in all room rentals is access to a common waiting area, reception desk, break area with storage and kitchenette, an online shared calendar used by all working at Collective Good, wifi, two stocked and clean restrooms, a hand washing room, a page on our well-trafficked website, one complementary mentorship session, and a supportive and friendly work environment. All treatment rooms are furnished.

Rental Policies

Rooms are rented on a monthly basis at either at least 1 full day a week or at least 2 half days a week.

  • Any 8 hour block of time between the hours of 8am-8pm. Rates are provided upon request.

  • 8am-2pm or 2pm-8pm. Rates are provided upon request.

  • Flat-rate leases may be offered on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out for more information.

Monthly rental is a fantastic option for new, growing, and established businesses. You might feel drawn to Collective Good if you are a new (or seasoned) practitioner getting started with your own business, a clinician who is looking for a supportive work environment, one who is needing an equitable, flexible commitment for your business, or a practitioner who has moved away from full-time work but still needs a space to see clients.

Some (of the many) benefits to our renting model:

  • Month-to-month rentals by days/half days provide a low-risk financial commitment to find your business’ momentum and to navigate what works best for you as a business owner.

  • Clean, furnished, maintained spaces give you the freedom to focus on your actual work and your relationships with clients.

  • Working in an environment with multiple practitioners promotes confidence, refines people skills, offers learning opportunities, and allows you to be a valued part of a community. Interdisciplinary services also provide client referral opportunities, to help grow your practice.

Our flat rate options are designed to support practitioners who have a relatively established clientele and are interested in working in our space 3-4 days/week. They offer the same benefits as our rent-by-the-day model!

Who Benefits from this Model?

What our practitioners are saying:

“My experience has been amazing so far and I'd love to continue to grow my practice here. With the referrals I've received, and the way word of mouth has continued to spread, I believe that Collective Good has been a gift to my practice.” — E.R.

“When I first stepped into Collective Good Integrative Health, I felt a sense of calm & peace. As a provider and business owner, this was exactly the type of cozy and healing space I’d been looking for! The owner, Kate Thomas, has been tremendously amazing and very supportive. Kate has created such a welcoming space for growth and community! Whether you’re looking for space to grow your business or a place to heal your health—this is the place you’ve been looking for! Highly recommend!” —K.L.

“I am very grateful to be leasing space at CGIH. Being in community with other practitioners who are also in various stages of getting started with their businesses has been inspiring and very helpful. I feel supported while going through transitions that would otherwise feel lonely and stressful at times. The physical space is beautiful! Kate has created an environment that is very nurturing and conducive to healing on many levels.” —TM
