Accessibility
Curious about accessibility in our facility? Here you can find detailed information on what you can expect with our accommodations — we strive to create a space friendly toward all mobilities and abilities.
Parking
At the front of our building, you will find a marked accessible parking space directly in front of the wheelchair ramp. This space has an access aisle to the right, and from there the ramp begins.
Entrance
The front door (not too heavy) is 36” and opens into an entryway that has another 36” door.
Doorways and Hall
The hall is a very spacious 40” of width and allows comfortable room for a person using a wheelchair. All doorways have at least 32” of clearance, with most allowing 36”. Note, there are no stairs within the building.
Rooms
All rooms include sturdy furnishings that are friendly toward all body sizes and have space for people with varying mobilities.
Massage Tables
Currently, we have one massage room with an ADA compliant massage table. This means it lowers via a motorized system to 18” from the ground. This table is similar to a hospital bed (only way more comfy!) in that it has a leg lift and a back tilt for optimal comfort. It is also 32” wide and has a 600 lb weight capacity. The future of Collective Good includes replacing massage tables in the other 2 rooms with electric ADA tables.
Restrooms
We have two restrooms — one within a treatment room and one accessible from the hallway. The hallway restroom has a 36” door clearance and features a latching sliding door, eliminating an inswing door taking up space within the restroom. Both restrooms have floating corner sinks, handrails/grab bars, and ADA compliant toilets. The dimensions of each restrooms are 60”x 60”.
We welcome ALL feedback, questions, and suggestions about making Collective Good welcoming and accessible.
