New Practitioners at Collective Good

  • Allison Rice Custar, LPCC-S

My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, stress management, self-esteem, abuse and trauma, grief/loss, relationship issues, substance abuse, and LGBTQIA+ concerns. I focus on each individual’s strengths throughout the therapy process. I firmly believe that everyone can reach their goals and that therapy empowers, focuses, and supports individuals in this pursuit.

  • Mindy Kriegbaum, LMT

With over eight years of experience as a licensed massage therapist, Mindy Kriegbaum is dedicated to helping clients restore balance, release tension, and reconnect with their bodies. Her work blends science, skill, and compassion to create a deeply restorative experience. Using a slow, steady approach combined with stretching, muscle energy technique, and DermoNeuroModulation (DNM), she helps clients release muscle tension while supporting long-term nervous system regulation.

  • Coming Soon: Grace Wilke, LMT

Grace’s practice honors Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Ayurveda, and Western clinical massage with equal reverence. She works well with the central nervous system and uses restorative balancing techniques that influence muscle tension release especially for those navigating symptoms of chronic central nervous system issues. Grace believes healing touch and human connection are profoundly undervalued in the world today. She offers presence, peace, and a quiet invitation to come home to oneself.

Growing a Massage Practice with Heart by Kate Thomas, BA, LMT

Written by a licensed massage therapist who started a now thriving independent practice directly after licensure, this guide was created for LMTs who seek both practical advice on building clientele and essential concepts to understand in oneself and in the craft as your practice grows. Included are reflective inquiries and space to reflect to support you on your growth journey.
